Returns & Exchanges

Before proceeding with any return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contato@189design.store.

Important Information

– Please keep your original invoice and any transactional emails related to your purchase as proof of purchase.
– Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the warranty certificate, both in good condition. These items will be reviewed before approval of any exchange or return.
– Upon delivery, the recipient should carefully check the contents of the package and the invoice. Please do not accept damaged packages.
– In case of visible damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and writing the reason for refusal on the back of the invoice and delivery receipt. Then, contact us immediately at contato@189design.store.


Return Due to Change of Mind

If you would like to return a product due to change of mind, you have 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Please email contato@189design.store with your order number, reason for return, and payment method. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. 

International returns must be returned by any traceable method at their own expense.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by the warranty certificate and original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, in which case the product will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.


Defective Products

We accept exchanges for defective products within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the delivery date, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of misuse, and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.

To begin the process, contact us at contato@189design.store, describing the issue and, if possible, including photos of the defect.

After evaluation, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a new identical or similar item will be sent to the customer. Shipping costs will be covered by us. If the item does not meet the return standards, it will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for shipping costs.


Refunds

Refunds are only available for returns requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Credit card payments: Cancellations and refunds follow the policies of the issuing bank. The refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your closing date. The same evaluation timeline applies: up to 7 business days for processing and 15 business days for the refund to be initiated by the card issuer.


Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect address, unknown recipient, or similar issues, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.


Sale Items

You may request a return for sale items within 7 calendar days of delivery. 


Damaged or Tampered Products

If your package appears to have been tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Include the purchaser’s name, CPF, and order number via the website’s contact page or by email at contato@189design.store.


Exchange

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If your item(s) are eligible for return, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item(s).
